Clean Gear is India's first professional helmet
sanitization service. We use UV-C and ozone technology
to eliminate bacteria, fungi, and odor from your
helmet's interior. Walk into a Clean Gear location, hand
over your helmet, and ride out fresh.
Washing at home typically means removing the liner and
soaking it in water. That takes hours to dry, risks
damaging the padding, and doesn't kill the bacteria and
fungi living deep in the foam. Clean Gear's UV-C and
ozone process is completely dry, kills 99.9% of
microbes, and is done in minutes. No water, no
chemicals, no risk of damage.
Clean Gear was founded by motorcycle riders who
experienced the helmet hygiene problem firsthand. We're
not a sanitization company that stumbled into the riding
market. We're riders who built the solution we wished
existed.
Service & Process
We use a combination of UV-C (ultraviolet-C) light and
ozone (O₃) gas. UV-C destroys the DNA of bacteria and
fungi, while ozone penetrates every crevice to eliminate
odor-causing molecules. Both are used in hospitals and
laboratories worldwide for disinfection.
No. Bring your helmet as-is. Our team handles
everything.
Yes. We sanitize full-face, half-face, modular, and
off-road helmets of all brands, including premium
helmets like Shoei, Arai, AGV, and HJC.
No. Our process is 100% dry with zero chemicals. UV-C
and ozone are safe for EPS foam, inner liners, padding,
visors, and exterior finishes. Your helmet is in safe
hands.
The entire process takes just a few minutes. You can
wait at the location or step out and come back.
